CSEAS Associate Director, Dr. Mike Cullinane, has been named the winner of the 2023 John C. Kaw Prize for Best Book on History from the National Book Development Board of the Philippines for his book The Chinese Mestizos of Cebu City: 1750-1900, published in 2022 by the University of San Carlos Press.
